What You'll Earn

This is a Retail Sales Consultant position with a $15/hour base pay plus uncapped tiered commissions.

On-target earnings range from $60,000–$80,000 annually, with top performers earning over $80,000 per year.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, Retail Sales Associate, and customer advocate, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience from the moment customers enter the store.
• Build trust through consultative sales conversations.
• Guide customers toward personalized wellness solutions.
• Demonstrate products and educate customers on their benefits.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and exceptional service.
• Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on company offerings.
• Work as part of a high-performing retail sales team.

What This Role Really Is

This is not traditional retail.

It's a consultative retail sales position where you'll help customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through personalized solutions.

Every customer interaction is an opportunity to improve someone's comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

You'll combine customer service, retail sales, relationship building, and consultative selling to create an outstanding customer experience.

Sales typically range from $500–$1,700 , giving you significant earning potential through uncapped commissions.

A Typical Day

• 
  Welcome customers into the store.
• Learn about their lifestyle, needs, and goals.
• Conduct a personalized consultation using our proprietary technology, including the Harris Mat.
• Recommend customized solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Educate customers and confidently guide them through the buying process.
• Deliver a premium retail customer experience from beginning to end.
