Job Responsibilities:
- Help oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of retail store.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create sales strategies, in collaboration with the store manager, to achieve store goals, including individual sales goals.
- Partner with the Training Manager on ensuring all new hires are trained properly, including ongoing training for the sales team.
- Assist with store administration duties (i.e. team tracking, customer follow-up, expense/accounting reports, inventory levels).
- Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge and professionally resolve guest issues.

Education and Requirements:
• High School Diploma, or equivalent; seven to ten years of experience; or a combination of experience and education, required.
• Experience leading a commissioned sales team, required.
• Three years of leadership/management experience leading/developing a team, required.
• Weekend availability required.
Compensation and Benefits:
On-target earnings: $65,000 - $80,000 annually based on personal sales performance. We offer a fantastic schedule! Our core store hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, work 4 days a week, and enjoy three days off for a perfect work-life balance, and take advantage of a consistent 40-hour work week. We are a franchise, with 23 stores across NY, New England, FL, Indy, Ohio, and Kentucky and we're growing every day! We can't wait to meet you!
