Production Associate

The Production Associate is responsible for prepping, weighing, and packaging cannabis products while maintaining strict quality control and compliance standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solid understanding of cannabis products. A significant portion of the position involves cleaning and maintaining a sanitary work environment to meet regulatory and company standards. During peak cycles, the Production Associate may also assist with cultivation tasks such as trimming and harvest preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work days, weekends and holiday shifts as scheduled if needed
• Must display professionalism in appearance, actions, and communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Physically capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting at least 20 lbs
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to positively influence teams
• High sense of urgency
• Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
• Ability to understand state and local cannabis laws and regulations

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately weigh, assemble, package, and label cannabis products
• Operate scales and equipment per SOPs and compliance requirements
• Maintain product quality standards through consistent QC checks
• Support trimming, harvesting, or plant processing tasks during peak demand (hybrid support)
• Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and production protocols at all times
• Meet company goals for product quality, packaging accuracy, and sanitation standards
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant environment
• Participate in inventory audits
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development
• Additional duties as assigned
