The Production Associate is responsible for prepping, weighing, and packaging cannabis products while maintaining strict quality control and compliance standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solid understanding of cannabis products. A significant portion of the position involves cleaning and maintaining a sanitary work environment to meet regulatory and company standards. During peak cycles, the Production Associate may also assist with cultivation tasks such as trimming and harvest preparation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check (no felony convictions)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work days, weekends and holiday shifts as scheduled if needed
- Must display professionalism in appearance, actions, and communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Physically capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting at least 20 lbs
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to positively influence teams
- High sense of urgency
- Self-starter with initiative and follow-through
- Ability to understand state and local cannabis laws and regulations
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately weigh, assemble, package, and label cannabis products
- Operate scales and equipment per SOPs and compliance requirements
- Maintain product quality standards through consistent QC checks
- Support trimming, harvesting, or plant processing tasks during peak demand (hybrid support)
- Adhere to safety, security, compliance, and production protocols at all times
- Meet company goals for product quality, packaging accuracy, and sanitation standards
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe, organized, and compliant environment
- Participate in inventory audits
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development
- Additional duties as assigned
