Top Roles, but not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with Athletic Center Director to execute water aerobics classes.
- Design fun and engaging classes for our members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with members.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Candidate Experience and Qualifications:
- Prior water aerobics instruction.
- Prior fitness instruction in a group setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with adults.
- Must possess written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Ability to work Holidays and Weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing and repetitive actions.
- Bending, stooping, lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- CPR/First Aid Certified
Position Classification and Expected Hours of Work
This is a seasonal position and scheduled 3 days a week for water aerobics classes.
