Basic math skills are essential to accurately handle transactions and provide information about our products.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with buying and selling gold and silver bullion, jewelry, and related products.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on the value and features of precious metals and jewelry items.
- Conduct transactions accurately, including calculating prices and handling payments using basic math skills.
- Offer friendly, professional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all products are properly displayed and secure.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving issues or concerns as needed.
- Stay informed about current market trends related to precious metals to better assist customers.
Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of gold, silver bullion, or jewelry is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
