THE ROLE
Commercially driven leadership role at the centre of the agency. The Head of Digital Partnerships will own and scale digital partnerships across Comedy, Sports, Gaming and iGaming, leading an established UK and US team to drive brand deals, sponsorships and high value commercial opportunities for our talent roster.
This role is the engine of revenue growth across our creator ecosystem. They will monetise talent relationships, build a consistent and scalable brand facing pipeline, and elevate both the quality and size of the deals we deliver.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Global Partnerships Team across the UK and US, driving day-to-day performance and keeping the team focused and on track
- Execute against targets, KPIs, and commercial strategy, holding the team accountable to hitting those goals and reporting on performance regularly
- Coach, develop, & motivate team members to consistently perform, maintaining a high-output partnerships culture across both markets
- Work closely and collaboratively with the talent agents within the company, to understanding the talent they represent and aligning on the best partnership opportunities for each creator across the roster
Brand Partnerships and Commercial
- Own the end-to-end delivery of winning brand partnerships for talent across the business
- Build and maintain relationships with senior brand-side and agency-side decision makers
- Identify, pitch, and close multi-campaign and long-term brand partnership deals
- Develop new commercial opportunities and revenue streams for the talent roster
- Work across multiple brand verticals including FMCG, gambling and gaming, sport and sports betting, and wider entertainment
Strategy and Growth
- Work closely with team leads to shape the partnerships strategy and growth roadmap
- Represent The Gold Studios Group at industry events and in senior brand conversations
- Contribute to new business development across the agency division for our talent.

You should be a confident relationship builder, an effective team leader, and someone who brings genuine energy and hustle to a fast-moving environment.
Background
- A background in talent partnerships, creator monetisation, or talent-led commercial sales, whether from a talent agency, entertainment company, or similar environment.
- A proven background working directly with brands and selling partnerships, understanding how brands buy, what they value, and how to win their investment
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of selling talent to brands - pitching, packaging, and closing partnership deals
- A strong, active network of brand contacts across the US and UK
- Ready to step up and take full ownership of managing and leading a partnerships team, or desirably, already leading one
- Understanding of how to package and position talent compellingly for brands across multiple verticals - FMCG, gambling and gaming, sport and sports betting, and entertainment
- Excellent communicator and confident presenting to brands and senior stakeholders
- Commercially sharp and understands deal value, negotiation, and long-term relationship management
- Comfortable using CRM systems to manage pipeline and client relationships - experience with tools such as Monday.com is a plus
