What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Partnerships position at Marketer.com?
Marketing agencies are being replaced. We’re the ones doing it.
Marketer.com has averaged $500K in new ARR per week, accelerating to $600–700K weekly so far in 2026. We’re one of the fastest-growing AI startups on Stripe. Over 1,500 Shopify stores have switched from traditional agencies to our platform, including Lemmelive (Kardashians), SoftMoc, Db Journey, and L’ange Hair. On average, they see 2.3x more sales and spend 61% less time on marketing.
Backed by Altitude Capital, the founder of Adyen, and Magnus Carlsen, to name a few.
The Product
Most companies in this space are LLM wrappers. A UI on top of GPT, zero moat, dead the moment the next model drops.
We built something different. A three-layer architecture: a real-time data pipeline that ingests from Shopify, Meta, Google, and ERP systems. A knowledge graph that models relationships between products, campaigns, audiences, and business outcomes. And an inference layer that’s model-agnostic by design.
Think Palantir (Foundry) for e-commerce marketing. Not a chatbot that writes ad copy. A platform that understands your business at the entity level and makes decisions to grow it.
Three products sit on top of that architecture:
Marketer — Run all your ads from one place. Meta and Google. Budgets, campaigns, and results in a single dashboard.
Manta — Your store’s brain. Knows your numbers and what to do next. Ask questions, get answers, make decisions.
Ember — Your creative department in one tool. Ads, UGC, videos, product photos. Generated from existing assets, on-brand and on-demand.
About the Role
We're on a clear path to $100M ARR. Partnerships is how we get there faster. As Head of Partnerships, you will own the full commercial partnership motion across the e-commerce ecosystem. Finding, structuring, and closing deals with the platforms and vendors that serve our customers.
This is not a relationship management role. It is a revenue role. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close. Then hand off to operations and move to the next one.
You will report directly to the CEO and work from our New York office.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and prioritize partnership targets across the e-commerce ecosystem: resellers, technology platforms, influencer networks, events, and adjacent vendors
- Build and close commercial partnerships where Marketer.com earns revenue through referrals, revenue share, co-sell arrangements, or distribution
- Expand our existing preferred partnerships with Meta, Google, and Snapchat to unlock co-marketing opportunities and drive distribution
- Structure and negotiate partnership deals from the first conversation through signed agreement, working with legal on commercial and operational terms
- Build and manage an active pipeline across partnership types and report on revenue contribution to the CEO
- Work with product and marketing to bring partner offerings into the Marketer.com experience
- As the function grows, hire and build a team around you

- 5 years in partnerships, BD, or strategic sales in SaaS, martech, or e-commerce
- A genuine seller. You have owned deals from outreach to close and have a track record to show for it
- Comfortable structuring commercial partnerships with real financial terms, not just co-marketing fluff
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem: how Shopify brands grow, what tools they use, and where money moves
- Fluent in the performance marketing world. You understand how Meta, Google, and Snapchat fit into a brand’s growth stack
- New York City based and willing to work on-site full time
- Highly self-directed. You create structure without being managed
Nice-to-haves
- Existing relationships within the e-commerce ecosystem: technology vendors, resellers, influencer platforms, or event organizers
- Experience building a partnerships function at a high-growth startup
- Familiarity with UGC, influencer marketing, or creator economy platforms
- Prior experience at or partnering with Meta, Google, or Snapchat
What You’ll Get
- $160,000–$200,000 base salary plus uncapped commission tied to closed partnership outcomes. OTE ~$250K at target
