- Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Child Development Associate (CDA) required if no degree
- Minimum 2 years of previous lead teacher experience
- Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems
- Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally
- Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard
- Meets background check eligibility and additional state requirements
Salary : $16 - $19
