- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using our proprietary Wonder of Learning® curriculum to engage and support each child’s growth
- Maintain open, effective and positive communication with families and guardians about their child’s progress and daily activities
- Engage with our school community in events like Fall Festival, Carnivals, Summer Picnic, Parents' Night Out, and more.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards, licensing regulations and ensure their well-being.
- Observe, assess and document children’s learning and development to inform activities and share insights with families
- Be part of a school community that’s invested in your success and well-being – whether through professional development or simply treating you to lunch!
- A dedicated childcare professional with 2 years of experience in preschool, daycare, or early childhood settings is preferred.
- An empathetic and nurturing individual who’s passionate about making a positive impact on children’s lives.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents.
- A high school diploma is the minimum, but an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is a bonus. A CDA credential is also a plus!
- Ability to lift 50 lbs in connection with the handling of children.
