What You’ll Do
- Lead a classroom using the Wonder of Learning® curriculum
- Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing environment
- Build strong relationships with families through clear communication
- Support children’s social-emotional growth using positive guidance
- Observe and document development to guide instruction
- Collaborate with assistant teachers and leadership
- Maintain health, safety, and licensing standards at all times
If you are a new or experienced teacher with these qualities, we’d love to hear from you:
- Five years of verified experience in childcare centers or education
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
- Level 1 certification prefered
- Strong understanding of child development
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and team members
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Completion of state-required pre-service training
- Excited to learn and grow with a strong team
- Passionate about high-quality education for young children
- Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers
- Experience creating and implementing daily lesson plans
- Strong positive classroom management skills
- A nurturing approach that supports play-based learning
