Qualifications:
A Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent is required
At least 3 years of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.
