Key Responsibilities
Classroom & System Oversight
- Review and approve daily classroom documentation, including photos and activity reports
- Ensure all children are accurately checked in and checked out each day
- Support audits for documentation and completeness
- Support onboarding families
- Support teachers as needed in classroom with administrative support
- Audit classroom records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Monitor consistency across classrooms to maintain school standards
- Review and support social content
- Ensure all shared content is professional, engaging, and aligned with school expectations
- Organize and maintain photo archives
- Assist in preparing and editing school newsletters and communications
- Ensure messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent across classrooms
- Support family engagement through high-quality daily reporting
- Identify and organize high-quality photos for potential marketing and social media use
- Recommend content that highlights classroom learning and school culture
- Collaborate with leadership on promotional initiatives
- Ensure all required daily sheets and reports are completed accurately and on time
- Follow up with staff regarding missing or incomplete information
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all licensing and school policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and school management systems
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and leadership
- Experience in early childhood education or a Goddard Frisco Legacy setting
- Familiarity with childcare management software (e.g., Brightwheel, Procare)
- Understanding of early learning frameworks, including STEAM-based learning
- In-person position within a Goddard Frisco Legacy setting
- Active, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with staff and children
- Standard school operating hours with occasional additional responsibilities as needed
