GSRP Lead Teacher (4-Year-Old Preschool)

We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated GSRP Lead Teacher to inspire our amazing group of 4-year-olds as they prepare for kindergarten and beyond. What You'll Do
- Create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.
- Plan and implement fun, hands-on lessons aligned with the GSRP curriculum.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through purposeful play and exploration.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress while celebrating their growth and milestones.
- Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain compliance with Michigan licensing regulations and Quality Assurance standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a valid ZA endorsement (required).
- Experience working in a licensed preschool or childcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.
- Someone who is creative, patient, dependable, and passionate about helping children thrive.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary for child safety and emergencies.
