Duties
- Assist in managing and coordinating legal teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective case handling
- Support litigation discovery efforts by organizing, reviewing, and summarizing case documents and evidence
- Draft, review, and edit legal writing including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
- Maintain and track contract management processes within legal services to ensure timely execution and compliance
- Conduct research on procedural law requirements to support case preparation and legal strategy
- Prepare case files, organize exhibits, and assist attorneys during trial preparations
- Ensure all legal documentation adheres to procedural standards and internal policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing legal teams or supporting multiple attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of procedural law and familiarity with litigation discovery procedures
- Demonstrated contract management experience within legal services or related fields
- Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documents
- Ability to organize complex information efficiently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred
