Glazier Apprentice

Growing full-service glass company is seeking experienced laborer with entry level Glazing and/or Construction experience to build a career in the glass industry. Main duties will include assisting the Lead Glazier with the installation of insulated glass units, replacement windows, shower enclosures, mirrors, and other residential glass applications. Entry level Glazing and Construction experience is a plus, but will train the right person. Competitive wages offered, based on experience. Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test. Valid license to drive, and a clean DMV record.
• Candidates must be physiclly capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 50-100lbs. Unasisted.

Preferred skills:

• **Hardworking, motivated, with excellent oranizational and time management skills (Everything else can be learned)**
• Residential glass replacement including single/double pane window glass, shower enclosures, etc...
• Residential window/door installation including new construction and retrofit.
• Window/door maintenance, weatherization, and repair.
• Effective troubleshooting skills
