Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B wholesale customer inquiries (boutiques, online stores, chain retailers) via phone, email, and B2B platforms
- Process and manage orders (EDI, showroom orders, online wholesale portals)
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and claims resolution
- Coordinate shipping schedules and inventory checks
- Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth customer experience
- Provide support during showroom appointments and trade shows
- Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English required
- 1 year experience in wholesale fashion or customer service preferred
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, B2B platforms)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
