LA Hydro-Jet & Rooter is seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers, and have excellent communication and multitasking skills, we'd love to hear from you!
As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping schedule service appointments, answer questions, coordinate with technicians, and provide an exceptional customer experience. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance phones, emails, and multiple systems while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Schedule plumbing service appointments accurately.
- Follow company booking scripts and procedures.
- Respond to emails, chats, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with dispatch and technicians.
- Maintain accurate customer information and job documentation.
- Assist with online portals and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Support department goals while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Schedule: Full-time
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
There will also be a rotating Saturday every 3rd week. Saturday shifts may be either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
