What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Teacher position at The Giving Tree Academy?
We’re seeking a warm, energetic Toddler Teacher to nurture 1–3-year-olds through play-based learning.
What you’ll do
- Create a safe, loving environment that supports curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth
- Support developmentally appropriate activities (music, sensory, art, early language & math)
- Maintain daily routines (diapers/toileting, meals, naps) and clear, timely communication with families
- Keep accurate attendance/incident notes and uphold licensing, health, and safety standards
- Collaborate with co-teachers to manage transitions, routines, and classroom cleanliness
- Reliability, patience, and positive; strong teamwork and communication skills

- Full-time & Part time available; Monday–Friday schedule
