- Help manage classroom routines, transitions, and behavior to create a safe and structured environment
- Provide individualized attention to children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation
- Support classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and respectful interactions among students
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to active learning and exploration
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative educational atmosphere
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and classroom management techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to assist in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to young learners’ needs
