Experienced EXPO to join our Food and Beverage team! Must be able to multi-task, function in a fast-paced environment, and accurately prepare plates per ticket specifications.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Communicate with Chef and the cooks to accurately plate menu items.
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles.
- Assist servers with relaying customer needs to the kitchen.
- Check-in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory.
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties.
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food.
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers.
- Required to work holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.
