Cashier Food Expeditor

Son of a Biscuits is a small business in Lawrenceville, GA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Serve a good southern style breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food Handling and customer service within a restaurant environment
• Able to effectively multi-task and keep track of multiple food items in multiple orders
• Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and sending food back to the kitchen.
• Ability to read a KDS (Kitchen Display System) and checking the kitchen is handing out the correct items for the correct orders.
• Being able to prioritize tickets in order needed.
• General background in the food industry.
• Experience in catering and plating.
• Following food safety regulations.

Shift Expectations and responsibilities.

• Greet guest with smile and be helpful with any questions they may have about the menu.
• Make sure the entire dinning room is clean for guest to sit in and enjoy.
• Take orders with guest in the building and drive thru effectively, and ensuring the order is handed out correctly with any required condiments and silverware.
• Sweep, mop, wipe down, clean & sanitize work stations before, during & after shifts by company guidelines.
• restocking items as needed in lobby and for drive-thru.
• brewing Tea and coffee as needed.
• Follow Health department protocols.

Stores Hours of Operations

Monday through Friday 5:30 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. (Shift is 4:30-1:30

Saturday: 6:30 A.M.- 1:00 P.M.

Sunday 7:00-1:00 P.M.

SHIFTS MAY START AS EARLY AS 4:30 A.M. AND MAY END AROUND 2:00 P.M.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year Counter service/Cashier (Preferred)
• 1 year Drive-Thru service (Preferred)
• 1 year Kitchen (Preferred)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma (Preferred)

Summary
