Compensation: $68,000 - $78,000

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 1–2 years of experience in non-profit, research, or healthcare settings preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of server and workstation operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server 2022, Windows 10/11) required
- Experience supporting Microsoft server software (Active Directory, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange) preferred
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Hands-on expertise in desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, antivirus software, remote access tools, and Adobe applications required
- Certifications such as A , Network , or Microsoft Certifications highly desired
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing workloads and communicate effectively with diplomacy
- Identify, procure, and install hardware/software to meet user requirements
- Configure and deploy hardware components (monitors, keyboards, printers, drives)
- Install and maintain software packages, including OS, networking tools, and office applications
- Assist with program customization and adaptation to meet user needs
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person
- Triage service tickets and coordinate with IT Operations for resolution
- Maintain timely updates and communication with users and management
- Troubleshoot major workstation issues and collaborate with vendors for resolution
- Connect users to networks and provide system training as needed
- Support A/V and collaboration technologies during meetings
- Perform administrative changes within Geneva’s phone and collaboration systems, including setting up Teams groups, call processing, and voicemail configuration
- Provide support and training to new users and troubleshoot phone or Teams-related issues
- Develop, document, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and inventory processes
- Manage IT assets, including equipment procurement, tracking, and storage
- Provide basic ERP system support, including access control, report publication, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with IT vendors and internal teams for timely problem resolution
- Administer end-user accounts, permissions, and security controls in line with privacy and compliance standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
