Requirements
- General Carpentry Skills — repairs, finish work, structural awareness
- Basic Plumbing/Heating/Electrical — safe troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Building Maintenance Knowledge — practical problem‑solving
- Own Truck & Tools — fully equipped
- Verifiable References — reliability required
- Safety & Compliance — employer may request fingerprinting, drug testing, and bonding upon initial job offer, in accordance with Connecticut law
Hourly pay commensurate with experience.
