Responsibilities:
- Perform framing, trim, and finish carpentry
- Build and repair decks, porches, and exterior structures
- Install windows, doors, siding, and exterior trim
- Assist with roofing projects when needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards
- Keep job sites clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous carpentry experience required
- Experience with residential remodeling preferred
- Knowledge of roofing and siding is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Pay:
$25–$40 per hour, depending on experience.
