Job Overview:
We are looking for talented Line Cooks to support our culinary team as we prepare to introduce our new brunch menu. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, breakfast and lunch service, and creating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook brunch menu items in line with recipes and quality standards
- Ensure efficient and timely service of dishes during breakfast and lunch hours
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, collaborating with the kitchen team
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Offer input on menu items and suggest new or improved dishes
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in brunch or breakfast service
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Experience in dietary needs or specialized cuisine is a plus
