Role Description
This is a seasonal part-time, on-site role for an Event Assistant based in Allenton, WI. The Event Assistant will support day-to-day operations, including coordinating event logistics, assisting clients and vendors, and maintaining the venue's appearance. Responsibilities include overseeing and assisting in the event setup and breakdown, ensuring timelines are met, and providing exceptional customer service during events. The Event Assistant will collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding experiences for all clients and guests. Opportunity for this position to evolve into a full time year round position exists.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively assist clients, guests, and vendors
- Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to support colleagues during events
- Physical ability to assist with event setup and teardown as needed
- Previous experience in the wedding, events, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays is a must
Salary : $12 - $15
