Duties
- Provide strategic leadership for clinical services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Oversee medical management processes to optimize patient care delivery and safety
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations for clinical staff to maintain high standards of care
- Monitor clinical outcomes, analyze data, and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality
- Facilitate communication between administrative leadership and clinical teams to promote a cohesive work environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (including JCAHO), and compliance requirements
- Excellent management skills with the ability to motivate and develop clinical staff
- Strong understanding of medical management principles and best practices in patient care
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, patients, and external partners
- Degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration or related field; advanced degrees preferred
- Certification in healthcare management or related credentials are a plus
