Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, dining areas, offices, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash throughout the facility.
- Follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with room preparation for new admissions and resident moves.
- Work cooperatively with all departments to provide exceptional resident care.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare, nursing home, hotel, or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.
