Facility Maintenance Tech

We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility — and we need a skilled Technician to help us keep it that way.

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for performing a variety of general maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring our facilities are always in top condition for residents, staff, and visitors. Pay based on experience and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Handle repairs including painting, patching, carpentry, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in maintenance work areas.
• Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and seasonal exterior maintenance.
• Work with outside contractors when specialized repairs are needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred (especially in healthcare, residential, or assisted living settings).
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
