What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at The Gardens at park Balboa?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure completion of daily work orders.
- Assist with move-in/out details. Prepare/repair rooms for resident use.
- Repair basic plumbing fixtures
- Basic electrical work.
- Repair building equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in community.
- Perform door removal and installation. Repair door locks and make adjustments.
- Perform wall texturing, painting, wall repairs and wallpapering.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent certificate.
- experience is a plus.
- May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification and valid Driver’s License.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess basic math solving skills.
Work Schedule:
Fulltime Saturday-Wednesday (schedule can change based on need of the community)
