Foreman, Landscape Installation

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Installation, to lead and oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure quality standards are met, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. Duties

• Supervise landscape installation crews, providing clear direction and motivating team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
• Coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as planting, lawn care, irrigation setup, and hardscape installation
• Oversee the proper use of tools, equipment, and materials to maintain quality standards and minimize waste
• Inspect ongoing work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations, horticultural standards, and client specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to plan workflows, troubleshoot issues, and adapt schedules as needed
• Provide hands-on support for landscaping tasks including irrigation system installation
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety reports, and material inventories

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience in landscape installation or related construction fields
• Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care procedures, and general gardening principles
• Bilingual is plus but not required
• Must be able to read and translate blueprints on jobsites
• Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary

Pay: $24.33 - $29.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
