We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. A cosmetology license is not required, but it is preferred.
Duties:
- Assist staff as needed
- Monitor and assist with social media channels
- Skilled in Canva
- Assist guests with products and other purchases
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Able to explain and assist guests with our service menu and product selections.
- Exceptional sales skills
- Excellent hospitality management skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Product Knowledge
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are preferred but not required
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns or complaints
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Job is for Thursday, Friday & Saturday-Saturday 8 hour shift is a must
