Responsibilities:
- Greet people as they come into the office.
- Answer clients' questions.
- Schedule appointments.
- Take and process payments.
- Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more)
- Manage all the day to day operations at the front desk.
- File and understand insurance claims
- sending prior authorizations timely and accurately
- work the outstanding AR to eliminate any bad debt write offs
- Friendly personality

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
