Job Summary
The G.O.A.T. Cleaning Co. is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in making spaces shine! Our team provides quality cleaning services for apartment communities, clubhouses, common areas, residential properties, and commercial spaces throughout the Columbus, Ohio area.
As a cleaner, you'll help create clean, welcoming, and comfortable environments for our clients and their residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well, works independently and as part of a team, and takes pride in a job well done.
We're looking for team members who show up, work hard, pay attention to the details, and bring a positive attitude to every job. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
Duties

- Ability to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.

- Availability to work assigned shifts and scheduled cleaning appointments.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Skills
- Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning roles with knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors
- Strong understanding of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper usage techniques for different surfaces
- Ability to perform outdoor work when required for exterior cleaning tasks or yard maintenance
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple locations or client requests
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during shifts
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration in housekeeping management roles
