Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Partner to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their ability to build relationships, run effective sales conversations, and close high-value service deals.
This is not a traditional salaried position, it is an opportunity to participate directly in revenue generation with uncapped earning potential.
Compensation
- Commission-based structure (no base salary)
- High commission per closed deal
- Monthly retainers ranging from $3,500 to $15,000
- Opportunity to earn recurring income from retained clients
- Top performers have the potential to earn $6,000–$10,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients (business owners, founders, operators)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and positioning gaps
- Present Friction Syndicate’s services and value proposition
- Close new client deals and support onboarding transition
- Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell or strong confidence in closing deals
- Comfortable selling high ticket services ($3K–$10K range)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate independently in a performance driven environment
Preferred (not required):
- Experience in marketing, content, or agency sales
- Existing network of business owners or operators
- Familiarity with social media, branding, or digital marketing
