Role Description
This full-time Pre Closer role involves supporting the closing process by intaking new orders, setting up files, posting information sheets, scheduling closings and general customer support. The Pre Closer will frequently interact with clients, lenders, and other parties to provide excellent customer service, address any inquiries, and assist in facilitating successful closings. This hybrid role is based in Charlotte, NC, with opportunities to work from home if desired.
Qualifications
- Experience with closings and a solid understanding of residential real estate transactions
- Proficient in communication and outstanding customer service skills
- Comfortable and skilled with using industry-specific software such as SoftPro
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with title processing, file management, and document preparation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with a proactive approach
