🎯 Position Overview
We’re hiring both a Sales Account Manager and a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be positioned for a long-term leadership opportunity as part of a succession plan, while the Account Manager will focus on growing key client accounts. We’re seeking experienced, results-driven individuals who can bring energy, existing customer relationships, and the ability to close business without handholding.

- Drive sales across flexible packaging solutions for clients in food, pet, and nutrition markets.
- Utilize a robust internal lead database and industry trade shows to build new business.
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through professional follow-up and execution.
- Leverage AI-based email tools and CRM systems to drive outreach and follow-up.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while working independently.
- Maintain regular communication with internal operations and leadership teams.
- Attend and represent the company at trade shows and key industry events.

- 5–8 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in flexible packaging.
- Proven ability to bring customers or a book of business is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with packaging in the pet, protein powder, or confectionery/snack industries.
- Results-oriented and highly self-motivated — no micromanagement required.
- Direct communicator — no fluff, no filler.
- Comfortable making cold calls, managing large accounts, and closing deals.
- Willing and able to travel monthly to Reno, NV (expenses covered).
💼 Compensation Benchmarks (Reno, NV Market)
Sales Account Manager:
- Base Salary: $45,000–$89,000/year
- Average: ~$63,000 base ~$18,000 commission
Sr. Sales Manager:
Responsible for taking over the team, producing the Account Managers, going over the numbers, would be groomed to take over the current Sr. Sales Manager in the next few years.
- Base Salary: $75,000–$165,000/year
- Average: ~$89,000 base ~$25,000 commission
Final offers will depend on experience, proven sales history, and client portfolio.
