Summary
It is the responsibility of the Part-Time Traveling Payroll Coordinator to compile timekeeping data (via Kronos & SAP) and submit data to the local branch Payroll to audit and finalize. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. Nationwide traveling to all Freeman Branches or where Conventions are held is required.

This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. Nationwide traveling to all Freeman Branches or where Conventions are held is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate sign in desk, badges, and new hire paperwork for union labor call.
- Ensure manual or systematic timekeeping systems are accurate.
- Track punches daily to ensure all swipes were completed throughout the workday.
- Audit punches to be sure everything was entered correctly. Work with management staff to correct missing or invalid punches, task# changes, job changes.
- Schedule labor calls thru CAP system to generate crew sheets.
- Maintain data in SAP, New Hires/Rehires, Address Changes, Tax Changes, etc.
- Always maintain confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of Kronos preferred. Knowledge of timekeeping system required.
- Two years related experience in a computerized accounting environment preferably within a payroll function.
- Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
