What are the responsibilities and job description for the After school worker position at The Freedom School?
The Freedom School is looking for someone to work school days, 3-6 pm, in our After School Program.
The successful candidate will be someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, and is full of energy and joy!
Responsibilities
Serve a prepared dinner to approximately 30 children, assist with homework for Kindergarten through 6th graders, and supervise structured and unstructured play times. Ensure the safety and well-being of every child by using restorative practices.
Qualifications
We prefer a high school graduate, but an exceptionally responsible high schooler who is very mature will be considered. Must be fit to lift, run, and carry things needed for the program (up to 30 pounds).
