Job Description
We are hiring After-School Instructors to lead engaging enrichment programs for elementary students in Napa. We are currently seeking instructors for the following program areas:
- K-Pop Dance
- Visual Arts
- STEAM
- Robotics
Instructors will lead structured, hands-on classes that promote creativity, confidence, and skill-building in a fun and supportive after-school environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons in your assigned program area
- Facilitate hands-on activities, projects, or choreography
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and creativity
- Manage classroom behavior in a structured after-school setting
- Prepare materials and maintain an organized learning space
- Collaborate with site coordinators and program staff
- Provide consistent communication and updates to the program team
- Submit brief after-class session reports for each class
Requirements
- Experience working with elementary-aged students (required)
- Background or strong interest in at least one program area (dance, art, STEM, or robotics)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Must maintain clear, timely communication with the team
- Required to submit after-class updates for every session
- Energetic, engaging, and proactive teaching style
- Availability for Fall 2026 after-school schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Teaching, coaching, or enrichment program experience
- Experience with group instruction or youth programs
- STEM, arts, or performance background depending on track
