What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at The Fragrance Outlet?
Looking for a high-energy leader with a keen understanding of retail and a customer-service driven experience in a boutique retail store with a team of 5-7 employees for our Fragrance Outlet located at Potomac Mills Mall, near the TJ Maxx entrance and H & M.
* At least two years of retail management.
* Knowledge of KPI's that drive the business.
* Skilled in recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and motivating a team.
* Love of people and a passion for the beauty/fragrance industry.
