As part of Easy Step Enterprises, you will lead a team in a high-ticket retail sales environment, helping customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through personalized solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 base salary
• 6.0% commission
• Paid training (5–6 weeks) ongoing development

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail sales team focused on consultative sales and customer experience
• Drive store sales, revenue growth, and KPI performance in a commission-based, high-ticket sales environment ($1,500 solutions)
• Act as a player-coach, actively selling while guiding team members on building trust and educating customers—not transactional selling
• Train and coach team members on:
• Consultative sales techniques
• CRM usage (Salesforce or similar systems)
• Customer relationship management and follow-ups
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and daily retail operations
• Ensure consistent use of CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer retention
• Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent to build a strong team
• Maintain a positive, performance-driven retail culture aligned with company values
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, ensuring a strong customer experience

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Sales Leader
• Proven success in retail sales, commission sales, or high-ticket sales environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and performance development
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales performance and ownership
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment

Preferred Experience:

• Consultative sales (fitness, healthcare, automotive, mattress, or luxury retail)
• Experience leading teams in commission-based or performance-driven sales roles
• Background in customer-focused retail environments
