Responsibilities: - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately - Assisting in setting up tables and maintaining a clean work environment - Collaborating with servers to ensure efficient service - Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers to fulfill customer requests - Providing excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred - Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures - Experience using Aloha POS system is a plus - Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards - Culinary background or training is beneficial - Strong guest service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively
