Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Onsite Position!
- Pay rang is $28-32/hr!
- 12 Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for supporting trade compliance activities, including classifying products using Harmonized Tariff codes, determining country of origin, and ensuring adherence to U.S. import/export regulations.
- Position will also be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining shipment logs and documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring all records meet regulatory and audit requirements.
- Position will be in charge of working on a tariff mitigation project, analyzing customs data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret technical specifications, and supporting compliance audits and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Office, including mid-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) is required!
- Knowledge or experience with import/export logistics, HTS classification, or trade compliance regulations is required!
- Strong analytical and document management skills with the ability to interpret U.S. regulations and make determinations is required!
- Experience with HTS classification, country of origin determination, or trade compliance systems is preferred!
- Experience with SAP, PLM systems, regulatory environments (EHS, Dangerous Goods), or quality systems is preferred!
