Shift Information:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST, Hybrid Position!
- Pay rate is $50/hr!
- 6 Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles while partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders to meet business hiring needs.
- Position will also be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Position will be in charge of collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, supporting internal talent mobility initiatives, tracking recruiting metrics, and providing strategic talent acquisition support within a global organization.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required!
- Experience recruiting within a global organization or recruitment services environment is required!
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR leaders while influencing stakeholders throughout the hiring process is required!
- Experience developing sourcing strategies using digital and social recruiting methods is required!
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills is required!
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday, is preferred!
- Experience supporting talent mobility, workforce planning, or talent advancement initiatives within a global, matrixed organization is preferred!
