Job Summary
The Talent Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role provides strategic talent acquisition support by developing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. The Talent Partner collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to support workforce planning, recruitment initiatives, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
- Source candidates through internal talent pools and external recruiting channels.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job intake, sourcing, candidate development, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to support hiring performance and workforce planning.
- Stay current on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Build collaborative relationships with business leaders, Human Resources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition processes and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional talent acquisition experience within a global organization, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or similar environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including job intake, sourcing strategy development, candidate outreach, interviewing, offer management, and closing candidates.
- Experience using Workday or a similar applicant tracking system preferred.
- Demonstrated success utilizing a variety of recruiting strategies, including digital and social media sourcing.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, workforce planning, and recruitment trends.
- Experience working with multicultural teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong consulting, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
