Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause investigation and corrective actions
- Drive equipment reliability, performance, and maintainability improvements
- Lead or support equipment modifications, upgrades, and replacement projects
- Serve as a technical resource for assigned equipment systems
- Partner with maintenance and operations to improve coordination, issue resolution, and equipment uptime
- Support execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders during startup and ongoing equipment support
- Ensure work is completed in alignment with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or process equipment
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills
- Ability to work effectively across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with equipment reliability and maintainability improvement
- Experience supporting preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Experience with equipment upgrades, modifications, replacements, or ramp-related projects
- Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
