- We are seeking a motivated QC Analyst to join our Quality Control Biochemistry team within the potency group.
- This role will primarily focus on potency testing through cell-based and plate-based bioassays, with an emphasis on cell culture and assay execution.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in QC, running assays, working with small molecules, and maintaining cell lines in a GMP environment.
- Perform potency testing using plate-based assays, cell-based bioassays, and ELISAs.
- Support the transition of in-house cell culture maintenance for cell-based assays, including routine cell line care (seeding, flask maintenance, and incubator transfers).
- Execute assays with precision, including preparation of dilutions and use of multi-channel pipettes.
- Collaborate with the QC Biochemistry team, with potential crossover in areas such as chromatography, protein concentration, and pH testing.
- Participate in daily huddle meetings and carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP regulations, and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5 years of experience in GMP settings. Background within Quality Control and cell culturing OR plate-based assays.
- 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
- Onsite, M-F, 8am-5pm
- Pay: $30-47 hourly, depending on experience level
