We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Project Manager to lead and support key human resources initiatives, with a focus on acquisitions and integration projects. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless HR operations, process alignment, and employee experience during M&A transitions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage HR Operations projects supporting merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, transition planning, and integration execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for HR initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure compliance, data integrity, and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with global and regional HR teams to align policies, systems, and processes post-acquisition.
- Track project progress, manage stakeholder updates, and ensure timely completion of critical milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR project delivery tools, processes, and reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on HR-related projects.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
- Experience working within a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
- HSD/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record managing large, complex, and confidential initiatives in a corporate environment, OR
- Demonstrated experience leading HR workstreams in M&A (mergers & acquisitions) projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
Salary : $50 - $65
