Shift Information:
- This is a Fully Onsite, and Part Time Position- 20 hours per week (Flexible schedule of 4hrs x 5 days or 5hrs x 4 days)!
- Pay range starts at $55 /hr!
- Through the end of 2026 to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.
Job Description:
- Position is primarily responsible for supporting network lab operations, wireless/network troubleshooting, and maintaining the physical integrity of the lab environment.
- Position will also be responsible for performing routine network checks, supporting physical Layer 1 connectivity setup, and resolving connectivity issues efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Position will be in charge of maintaining and updating documentation/processes, monitoring tasks and potential issues, and supporting networking hardware infrastructure including controllers, access points, and servers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is highly preferred!
- Experience supporting networking infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments is required!
- Wireless networking experience with controllers and access points is required!
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and supporting lab infrastructure environments is required!
- Experience working with networking hardware including switching, routing, SD-WAN, controllers, and server environments is required!
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while managing multiple support tasks is required!
- Experience updating documentation, processes, and supporting operational network activities is required!
- Experience with Aruba networking products including controllers, AirWave, ClearPass, Meridian, and wireless solutions is preferred!
